Mackeral are everywhere with stripers not far behind.

Striper in the west end of the Canal is hot. The east end is giving up fish also but keepers are on the west side close to the Maritime.
Black sea bass fishing in buzzards bay is hot around clevlend ledge.
South shore harbors have started to fish well for flounder highlighted in Scituate but also green harbor and plymouth.
Offshore Intel
There is an unsubtantiated report of a 70lb Halibut caught this week on the SW corner of stellwagen.
Multiple reports from chartner captinas of first signs of tuna this week on the bank.
Haddock bite is still strong in the shallow portions of bank both the NW Corner and the old BE buoy.
